When u think about it.. They went pretty easy on you.. Seeing that u only sent 2 bank statements for each year for 2008-2012 I'd say good luck to u dude but it seems like u already have the luck on ur side.. So I'll kit use this left over luck for myself if u don't mind lol jkjk best of luck to u bruh hope u get approval within a week!!

Damn man. I hope you have some proof for that gap. It's ridiculous that they would ask for a 2 month gap from 2007. I'm pretty sure I'll get an RFE now since I sent them only 1 receipt from 2007 as a proof of presence here. I did send dental records from 2006, but I couldn't find a damn thing to send them from 2007. It's as if I did nothing that year. I didn't even have a bank account or an Amazon account.

I think the reason they asked for it is maybe bc he didnt have anything for june which is when the time period theyre asking for begins. I think if you have something for may and september then youre probably ok.

So your son was born at the end of 2007? Or in 2008? If so did you have any evidence for 2007?

For everyone RFEd inexplicably for small gaps, it may be good to print out a copy of the USCIS guidelines that say to at least send them one piece of evidence per year and include the print out with your packet saying you've done your best to provide evidence and follow the guidelines. Of course still include as much evidence as possible since you have to convince the officer that you were here continuously for 5 years and it's discretionary, but you can make them aware that you are doing your best to follow the published guidelines.

Dude calm down this is just one person out of tens of thousands. They already approved a ton of people who had bigger gaps. Most likely OP was close to 16 or provided a document that wasnt strong enough proof.

Besides, uscis website says month to month is not required.
