I didnt attach anything just told them that my app had already passed the timeframe, and it took them like 5 days to get back to me.

Wow, so I guess this is what happens at 6 months. You get to 6 months and they tell you to wait another 6 months. Great!

Its better than what I got:

"Currently U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services do not have a processing time for this form type.

Your Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (Form I-821D) and Application for Employment Authorization (Form I-765) category (c)(33) are currently pending at the Vermont Service Center"

They didnt even bother to give me time frame

I did my erequest yesterday and got this in my email today:

The status of this service request is:

We have received your request stating that your I-765 application is approaching regulatory time frame or beyond regulatory timeframe.

You have filed a Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (Form I-821D) and Application for Employment Authorization (Form I-765)(c)(33) category. The 90 day period for adjudicating Form I-765 filed together with form I-821D does not begin until DHS has decided to defer action in your case.

Once you have an approved Form I-821D and your Form I-765 has been pending for 75 days from the date of approval, you may call 1-800-375-5283 to inquiry about the status of your pending Form I-765.

Please note: USCIS guidelines do not allow for the expedited processing of the Form I-821D.

If you have any further questions, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283.

So basically I'm guessing I got nothing out of it?? -_-
