Those dreamers who left before DACA was announced I don't blame. Perhaps they were already older. Some of us young dreamers only had to stay undocumented for a few years after High School, so we don't know what some of those 28+ year old people had to go through during all of those years without documents. Perhaps they had no hope of CIR or something like DACA ever passing, so they saw no need to stay and suffer in this country when they could go and suffer back home and be with their family.

i'm 30 bro, no excuse... if you did what you were suppose to do, then there would have been no suffering, if you stayed in school and actually worked hard for what you wanted, then leaving wouldn't have been an option. Dream9 in all honesty shouldn't even be called DREAMERS at all anymore, they screwed that up.

even if i had aged out, then i would have stayed things are better here than in mexico. unless you're somehow established out there or your family is well off, but even so if they're well off why be here to begin with right?

QFT,

I am still trying to find a valid argument as to why this was attempted by the Dream 9 and can see the US now treating most applications of Asylum from Mexico as simply being frivolous[which they already do now in most cases].I don't think the US Government can stop the asylum process due to treaty obligations but I expect the Congress[especially House Republicans] might make it a lot more difficult considering the Tsarnaev plots and if there is a consistent increase in requests for US asylum at its ports.

I do believe there are some valid asylum cases like this but considering the debate now focuses to the House this plays right into the hands of House border hawks especially when Gowdy mentioned about having strong anti-fraud measures for the 'Kids Act' which seems likely to be debated in the House Judiciary next month.

see, thats a valid claim. Exactly what do those dreamers have to fear? Were they messing around the wrong neighborhoods or something to get threaten specifically by drug cartels?

That 20 back then old girl took the job the last 2 left after being assassinated, of course it was a matter of time she would be too. She has a very valid case and if these dreamers get asylum before she does, then wow, way to go dreamers.
