i want to emigrate to CAN or AUS since i think i have enough points (i think), but im worried abt the legal status from where you're applying thing. So, i dont know what to do. Im trying to find jobs there, but right now CAN is all about IT ppl while AUS is crazy for medical ppl. You would think an engineering degree would mean something in this world, but damn, this is hard. I have no idea on wht to do.

I wish good luck to dreamact1982 in England.

They are also offering $3000 for "free credit expenses" a year which means my wardrobe is free like suits/ties/pants etc
Good luck in London,The Pound appears to be increasing every day compared to the US dollar & I've even heard some analysts project it going as high as $2.40 for every 1 pound.

On topic,I'll probably stay since I still have a lot to to accomplish in the United States.
Good luck! I really wish the best for you and if you ever lay in a couch wondering what to do with so much money. Don't forget us. Just kidding! spend it all on cheap beer.

Before the dream act was introduced in 2001 or whatever, how the hell did you guys think you were going to get legalized??? Just give me your address i'll come visit you later on after dream act or cir has passed. Trust me you'll regret it 2 or 3 years after you've left and dream passes. Good luck dream1982(i hear the british ladies are pretty good, if you know what i mean ), also since you have an eu passport you can travel to all the other countries in Europe so you'll be cool.

No, no, no. I'm really not warming up to the idea of having kids and neither is my boyfriend. The last thing I need is my child becoming a registered *cringes* Democrat.

ROFLMAO J/K. My kid would never do that [or he/she would face "deportation" from my HOUSE]. Again, I kid. lol. I love kids, they're just not for me [<----Sheesh, can I be anymore "Myspace"?]. I can stay with my baby cousin for about 1, 2 hours tops. After that, I'm wringing my hands and ripping out my hair. XD
You don't want your seed to flourish on this earth??? Yahweh said be fruitful and multiply , besides most older people i know without kids are very lonely and they sometimes turn out to be cat ladies.

Urgh, I have a problem with children. I'll probably have them when I'm like....35ish lol but not in my twenties. I honestly cannot see myself with kids. I want to travel, spend my money on homes and just random property, and just live really comfortable for a good part of my marriage.

I doubt I'll become an old cat lady; I will be getting married so I doubt I'll grow insane and own like 20 cats. LOL

I'm leaving in May. While I would like to wait and depend on a few senators to decide my future here, I'm a little anxious to get started with my career. I'm probably going back to my home country.

Not sure what I'm doing about the border though. I never returned the I-94 slip a few years go, so I'm subject to a 10 yr ban. I'm thinking of just coming out clean since it will always look suspicious that I have a US degree without having had a student visa. Meh, any suggestions?

^Do you have a job lined up like Dreamact1982 ? Otherwise, what state do you live in? If you can afford it try to get a masters or something if you don't already have one.

It's rough out there, there is a reason why engineers, lawyers, nurses, etc come here to work at unskilled jobs. I'm sure you know this but I just want to make sure people aren't making hasty and drastic decisions based on the disappointment of DREAM failing this time.
