Hey guys,
Im working on my renewal packet right now, and as far as the I765 Worksheet is concerned, did you guys put the same info regarding annual income and expenses from your original worksheet?
I would think its different for me because I work full time now and my annual income would've changed. What you guys think?

You're obviously not going to want to lie to them. If your income changed, then that's what you have to put.

For those who submitted their apps already,

what did you put for Q.11 in the I-765?

11. Have you ever before applied for employment authorization from USCIS?

YES/NO

Which USCIS Office? Date(s)?

Results (Granted or Denied - attach all documentation).

I put:

YES

Vermont Service Center...or whatever Service Center you had (Should be the Service Center address on your approval letters at the bottom left)

I used the Receipt date that was printed on my approval letters, not sure of a better date than that

and the result was Granted

For our questions in I-765WS do we put under expense and income what we made starting from January 2014 till present date or from June 5, 2013 to June 5, 2014?

If it was just for 2013, then I can just put down what I made under my income taxes for 2013.

Honestly, I think its an arbitrary question.

I think if you were to guesstimate your 2014 salary and expenses, it would still be fine.

The Worksheet has always seemed like an informal addition to the process, they even give you the option to write a little story if you want about why you need to have to employment authorization.

For example, I just took my new weekly salary that I am making now, and multiplied it by 52 weeks to get an annual income, as for expenses...I also calculated what a year of expenses would look like for me now. I don't think it matters too much, unless you put 2 billion dollars as annual income and $1000 annual expenses, lol...
