I’m wondering if this is normal? Has anyone gone through this process? I’m so confused right now. I’m considering consulting with a lawyer because this doesn’t make any sense as uscis knows I’m here vía all my DACA app and I’m pretty sure they ask you this on the i-130 application. Maybe it’s completely normal but I’ve never heard of it. Anyone?
Overstays/EWI’s cannot adjust in USA unless they are 245i qualified and/or marry a USC Citizen.

Otherwise, a 601/I-601A approved waiver.

I would really appreciate if you can help me. I will have a 245i interview soon.

What questions do they ask? Do they ask every single Yes/No questions from the I-485? What documents did they check at the interview?

2 year conditional GC? So yours was marriage based?

Yes they asked all of the yes and no questions, they looked at my old I-130 that my grandfather did for my mother and me. They checked all documents that I sent in. Interview was very smooth. Yes my case was marriage based and i will be removing the conditions in about 2 weeks. then ill apply for US Citizenship once I get my 10 year greencard.

I think you have to be in a legal status meaning some type of Visa to get sponsored by a company.

Every single one? There are lots of them though. Do they move fairly quick on asking them?
Old I-130 before 4/30/01? Which documents did you sent? If you spouse is USC then you do not need 245i to adjust in USA. Overstay is forgiven by marrying to a USC.

If you have 245i and DACA you can be sponsored by a company.
