If we get AP USCIS strongly warns us entry is up CBP and their discretion. Are they overstepping their power if they were to deny entry? Just because we have lawful presence doesn't mean we are immune to being detained. But I wonder what Swim said. Did get his parents address through his daca application?

Yes, it absolutely is. Just have the rightimmigration lawyer by your side. Just look at it logically. DAPA was struck down because it was "unconstitutional." DACA wasn't subjected to this. Therefore it is constitutional. That is good. On top of this it provides "lawful presence." End of story. But since these ICE agents are unpredictable, one really should be in touch with a very good immigration attorney.

Stop your bullshit fear mongering and fake information. There hasn't been a single case of someone being denied entry with AP and this is the only case of a Dreamer detained, and that too because he was next to his dad who was the primary target.

I have confidence that this dreamer will be fine. Chyno will be right in the end.
