My renewal was received by the Dallas facility on August 21 and it was rerouted to the Harrisonburg center.
Today I was scheduled for my biometrics appointment. WOW!

Thanks I still worry and hope we all get a solution sooner. I know alot of people that will be greatly affected by this along with myself.

Anyone else applying for the first time. Its only been a month and hoping it does not take much longer. I see most renewals were getting approved within a month. And now getting worried since there are plans to announce the possible removal of daca.

I can confirm USCIS Harrisonburg Storage Center is fast at approving renewals. My brother and I got our permits renewed within 4 weeks. Bio appointment scheduled only days after being forwarded there. Pretty damn fast. july 2019 expiration

Ok so I went in for biometrics yesterday. Appointment was for 11am (VA Beach center) but I went in at 9, waited less than half an hour and out. Checked my case status today and saw that my EAD was ordered for production. Nothing yet on DACA but you can't really have the work permit without being approved for DACA, right?

That's crazy!!!!! CONGRATS mostlikely approved both if your EAD is in for production! Its been about over two weeks since my BIO appt and im going nuts!

You most likely were approved for both. My daca case status changed the day after my card was in production but I don't see how they would order the card to be produced before approving both. Like ordering your drivers license to be made after you passed the written and waiting for your behind the wheel test.
