Nebraska try flagging your case through nlic I think it helps.

Apparently, or some are living under a rock. I frequently check their time processing spreadsheet, for an update. I know they update every 15th of a new month but they also state that changes may occur without notice.

Lets just hope they are moving a little faster and approving those applications.

Early May checking in. Have not been approved yet. Fingers crossed (+ a lot of prayers) for this week.

Bios: 5/16
Expiring: 9/25

My timeline is:
Applied: 5/8/16
Bio: 6/1/16
Expire: 9/23/16
Approval: 9/21/16

What I did:
Senate (Democrat): Not sure if they even did anything I was unable to reach them yesterday
Congressman (Republican): I called yesterday and they said they made a inquire and needed to follow up.
I reached out to CLINIC: Catholic Legal Immigration Network, Inc. (CLINIC). They added me to the list of expiring and sent it over. I wrote them about my experience also.

ILRC and NILC: They flagged my case

Infopass: I have one booked for tomorrow and will be canceling.

SR: I made two service requests one on aug 29th and one on monday.

Ombudsman: I did file one of these but I never heard back from them other than the generic reply about 60 days for response.

I'm not sure what did it but coming on the forum and contacting these organization helped me relieve stress about it. Also working long hours at work helped me alleviate stress. I think I got two months worth of work done in these past two weeks.

I checked on https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/

I'm at NSC

Yeah, thankfully they are going to back pay me in a "bonus" form once I return to work so that there's no record of unauthorized employment on my record. It's a very small company, and I warned my boss back in August about the delays so that he could figure something out or hire someone else if they needed to, but ultimately they need me and are willing to do what it takes to keep me around.

Nice man, I'm glad your boss is so cool! I scared the crap out of my manager when I told him I would have to quit. I just got the job a few months ago and they been trying to recruit me for past year and half.

I just saw that you got approved. Congrats man! Hopefully you are in the clear and your job will keep you on.
