Flyin' any interviews at all? Talk to your recruiters and see what you're doing wrong. Have them look over your resume and the kind of jobs you're applying for. Have knowledgeable friends/family look over your resume. You have a masters now right? Should have even better job prospects now, but you might be applying for jobs that you're over/underqualified for. You might not be applying enough. Network. Goodluck.

I applied to 4 in May and then took a break (1 I messed up because didn't check my spam mail, 1 told me the next day they filled the position, 2 never called me back). I am working at my old job. Now I started applying July 1st. I have 3 apps in (1 state, 1 county, 1 non-profit). I am trying to do 3-4 per week. I am changing my resume as I go. I am hoping that by the 20th application I will get hired. I have 7 in now. So, 13 more to go. hahaha.

What do you guys think about submitting multiple applications to the same department but for different positions?

Lol 4 applications smh. APPLY MORE! 30/week. Yes for multiple applications in same department.

I would do 30 but there are not that many postings.

Dont forget, these companies are probably sharing who is applying to their companies to other companies so don't apply to too many companies
