Ok so i came here cause i had a question but i couldn't find it and ended up calling the uscis hotline at 800-375-5283.

my question was about reporting income on the I-765 worksheet. I currently make $65,000 a year but i do not report taxes cause it's a fake SSN, i was concerned about my work authorization being denied because i do not show economic necessity making that much money.

So i called the number waited for 20 min, finally got through, first CSR couldn't help me and she transferred me to a tier level 2 representative. I explained to him my situation and that i made 65k under a fake ssn and didn't report taxes. He told me they would not penalize me or deny me because of that since i cannot legally work and it would be to their best interest that i actually report and pay taxes on that. I asked him "are you sure???" and he reassured me lol (i was very concerned about this) So i guess i'll report it and explain on the details the situation and that i need the work authorization to legally earn and pay taxes on the income.

Also, on a side note i seen people asking about passport photos. I don't believe you need to submit any based on the I-765 instructions. On page 6 it states: "If you are filing under the (C)(33) category, additional documentation beyond what you submit under Question 3 on page 3 of the Filing Instructions for Form I-821D, Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, is not required"
So only the docs required for Form I-821D are required and nothing else, i don't believe the passport photo is required on that form.
You should hook me up with a job lol. Where do you work?

Do passport pics have to be in a plastic bag and stapled to form I765 ? Btw stapled through the bag not the pics.

I just want to confirm this. There's no interview process associated with DACA. I know I would have to go in for biometrics and what not, but that's not the same thing right?

They're actually surprisingly nice!

I'm sure they already know and can find out either way. I'm my opinion I'd be completely honest. It is in their best interest for you to tell them that way they can claim their taxes.

So a lot of people say: "Be honest about your fake SSN" others say: "Leave it blank" Can anyone ask a lawyer about this? Do I just leave it blank? Do I fill it out?

What about question 2a for mailing address where it says in care of name (if applicable)?

Is that where my paperwork is going to be mailed to even though i dont live there?
I want my paperwork to arrive at my aunt's house, so do i put her address there and here name or just the address?
