Don't worry arclite it's not that bad.. So far it seems only small simple things that people are getting RFE'd for.. I'm sure it's something you'll be able to prove easily. Do u have any idea what it might be? Any week spots in ur evidence?..

yeah. i made a mistake by not sending enough proof of those years. I thought tax returns would be enough but that was not the case. This package was bigger than the original so hopefully USCIS doesnt make any excuse this time

Interesting I remember the great debate on how much evidence to send and "oh noes! no thick packets" lol (I was pro-thick packet)

I don't think there's anything wrong with asking. We are all worried if we might have to go through the same thing and what steps we might start taking now if we believe we might have to find more evidence. I don't think the OP minds helping us with some useful info.

The only evidence I sent in from 2007-2010 were my college transcripts which show I took classes through out that entire period, including during the summer. I hope they do not count that as just ONE piece of evidence for those 3 years and send me a RFE. They should be able to see I was here taking classes in the Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters for all of those years and even since 2005.

Thanks for the update. I guess maybe cuz tax returns are only for one date not really a span. Hope it goes well for you!

Naw i think as long as it spans a majority of the year it should be ok.
