"USCIS has approved your application or petition, or request. USCIS will mail your proof of benefit or USCIS action to you."
Im so stoked!!! On to the waiting game of card production and reception. Hopefully all goes well and no delays like some of you guys are experiencing. Now to update that spreadsheet. Im an early May applicant, 05/04/2016, so I think USCIS is slowly progressing on their approvals. Good luck to all of you that are still waiting. Hopefully Im just the first of many approvals this week. Keep your hopes up guys!!!

Heres my timeline:
Expiration: 09/25/2016
App received: 05/04/2016
Bio received: 05/07/2016 scheduled for 05/26/2016.
Walk in: 05/16/2016
App Approval: 09/26/2016
EAD arrival: TBD
Congrats! They received mine on the 9th, so hopefully I hear something soon.

This wait is driving crazy!

I did some research last night and found that applicants of other types of EADs are also experiencing the same issue. Their jobs are also lost, and USCIS is doing nothing to fix the problem. No interim EADs for them, either. I don't get why this problem is not receiving more widespread attention.
This is probably not a huge issue across America, specifically DACA renewals and delays of EADs unfortunately so no heat from the media and other news sources. USCIS should at least provide better non-generic answers and not keep all of us going through stress.

What the hell? I have the same exact dates:

Received: 5/3 (a day earlier than yours)
Bio scheduled: 5/26
Walk-in: 5/16
Expiration: 9/25
Approved: N/A

I hope this means I will be approved in a couple days at least..

Hi guys,

For those of you who have already received your EAD cards... are the expiration dates on the cards the same as the DACA expiration day that is on the approval form?

Also- did you receive an approval for your I-765 in the mail, or just the I-821D?

Hi everyone,

Is anyone still pending over 180 days? I applied on 3/25/16 and still no decision. My EAD expired on Saturday so I'm extremely worried because I'm on unpaid leave now.

I've opened so many inquiries and the response is always to wait. They say they process them in order but clearly that's not true since so many people who applied later are already approved. I'm so stressed, I don't know what else to do!!!

Just talked to Tire I rep.
She created another SR for me. This time she told me that recently they have this new type of service request specifically for people whose EAD expiration is within weeks. Not sure if it's true. She told me to wait 15-30 days to hear back. I expire in 20 days and I didn't even do my biometrics yet!

I really think half the time they make up their responses on the spot...
