she got DENIED

She got denies BC she didn't send proof that she was here,on June 15th. Shows we gotta stay on top of RFE's .

Ok sounds exactly like my case I called at 4 months and a half, they gave me the exact answer as they gave to you, so when my six months came I told they guy I had called a month ago and the lady I talk to told me to call back today if I still had not been approved, so he did my request and you know the rest of my story

damn sounds alot like my situation , i guess ill give it a call after the 6th month mark , its probably just buried somewhere there , i feel like my whole background check should be straight , although i do have a misdeameanor on my record and i am in removal of proceedings but my lawyer says i should be fine i meet all required guidelines , that they accept up to 3 misdeameanors , so i dont see how my name would be holding things back , i guess its just buried somewhere in there center ? will see what happens in the comingh days , but for sure will be calling after my 6th month mark

didnt really explained whether she got rfe or not , she made it seemed like she simply just got denied for not providing enough evidence for that specific date , thank god i made a payment on that day and held on to my receipt uff ,

Yeah I had a class B misdemeanor so as long as you don't have 3 or more than you should be good

nope its up on april 4th , i applied sept 28th , but they didnt receive it until october the 4th , thats what my status reads , so april 4th will pretty much be the 6th month
