This concerns me. Is this your second renewal. According to their processing time, you should get a notification on your case soon since they are working on february cases.

I just got of the phone with USCIS I was able to submit an expedited request due to great financial loss to company or individual. They lady I spoke with seemed helpful although I can tell she was just reading from the website. she asked me why I think I qualify for financial loss and I told her. Also, she told me they are taking 6 months for renewal and she couldn't explain why they accept application at 5 months but take 6 months to approve.

I called uscis because I had originally submitted an inquiry request for I-765 and I got an email back the same day saying I had not yet submitted such form.

She said to wait 5 days to hear back from uscis for my EXPEDIATED request.

I will keep you guys posted.

We have the same timeline except my center is California and my Biometrics were on the 14th of March. I called USCIS and they told me nothing could be done because my case was withing processing times. I went to my local congressman office and they contacted the California Service Center and right now and waiting on a reply. Hope your permit gets approved soon, mine has been expired for 10 months.

This is my second renewal. My initial petition took 3 months, my first renewal took a month. I've tried everything but since it's a daca application nothing can be done but wait.

I don't want to be negative Nancy but they don't expedite DACA cases. I had my congressman submit a request to have my case expedited and they got a letter saying that they couldn't do it since they don't do that for daca. I then submitted one myself over the phone and I got the same response a day later via email.

That sucks. So basically there is nothing we can do. Even if we submit within the time requested and we expire they don't issue interim EAD so their website lies. Also, why do they say submit within 120-150 days and they take 180 days??? This really sucks.
