My timeline is similar to yours. I was approved on 9/27 and my EAD went into production 9/29 . My ELIS still says in process for my EAD but the status on my I-821d says closed. This sucks because I'm on admin leave without pay because my company didn't accept the approval. I'm really trying to be optimistic about it possibly changing it today but I have a feeling it won't say "produced" until late next week or so.
