Nope. I don't think so do to the fact that your friend arrived at 16, I believed
she had to arrive before turning 16

That sucks she could try but the memo does says that 4 some one to qualify they had to be here b4 their 16th bday and before turnin 31

Add me to the Nebraska list!! Approved today in the morning!!! Long wait, but the feeling was unforgettable when I received the text message!

i just got approved today this afternoon at 5pm, i got a text and then went online checked my case status and it says.

On October 31, 2012, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

am so fucking lucky getting approved after a pain in the ass RFE, thank u so much WAC and thanks to everyone in this forum and good luck to the rest of uall
