Lol even though the online status said they mailed it out on Nov. 20, I got my DL today, Nov. 17. Must just be a bug in their system? Expires in 5 years

I have a WA DL and it doesn't expire for a while, but I want a CA DL. Does anyone with an out-of-state DL tried to apply for a CA DL? If so, did you disclose you had an out-of-state license? And do the people at the DMV know if you have one (through their electronic system) if you don't disclose it? I'm scared they might start asking why I have an out-of-state DL when I live in CA and that I might get in trouble or they might refuse to give me one. It would be really helpful if someone with the same situation could share how they went about dealing with this, whether they diclosed their out-of-state license in the application, and finally what they said when they went to the DMV.
