Your and my timeline is the same. My DACA expires on 8/17/16 as well. I sent my application to NSC and did my Bio on 4/10/16, but there hasn't been any status change for the case since 3/26/16, when the biometrics letter was sent out. My application was accepted on 3/10/16. Let's keep each other posted to see if either of us get any feedback.

No updates since March on my case.

I called uscis because I had originally submitted an inquiry request for I-765 and I got an email back the same day saying I had not yet submitted such form.

She said to wait 5 days to hear back from uscis for my EXPEDIATED request.

I will keep you guys posted.
That is the same response I got a while back. The USCIS representative said it was taking six months for renewals.

I also got another bit info. USCIS probably stopped working on application renewals for a while, possibly due to the lawsuit.

Excuse me but from where are you getting this information? I have my fair share of behind the scenes information and nothing of the sort is happening at USCIS.

How can they stop working on renewals if our cases were not even included on the lawsuit?!?!?! They should at least hand out letters for us to give our employers so they do not to fire us. At least give us the chance to take no pay or something. I am going crazy here.

Looks like we are headed for mass EAD expirations...and possibly a lot of dreamers losing their jobs...

I haven't even seen someone here posting they got their renewal approved yet.

Just gotta keep on hoping for the best I suppose.

I think I've seen at least 2 people getting their approvals in the processing time thread.

oh wow, thanks for sharing guys. I'm getting worried now. It looks like there are a lot of delays. I can't even imagine what will happen if it doesn't get renewed. I was recently promoted at work and this is the best job I've had. I'm trying to stay positive and not think about it but I check my status every single day. It worries me that people that applied in february still have not heard anything, mine was much later than that =/

application received 5/23/16
biometrics 6/24/16

keep sharing.
