Besides the price sucking and trial and error on what works for you. Also supplements aren't steroids lol the side effects are....death at most. Look good or die trying
At least get a pre work out to start back up (Cellucor C4) else you'll be tired after 15 minutes and quit, I see that all the time at the gym.
