"As I posted above, contact your Congressman. USCIS will answer within a week or two. Even if the answer is "the case is still pending", things tend to "suddenly happen" right afterwards."

I have a lawyer, can I still ask congressman
for help? What and how should I ask them?

Damn. Uscis needs to hurry up w yalls apps. Whats taking so long ???? Mine took 42 days to get approved. Some ppl waited 15-20 days back in sep. blahhh. Wish u guys the best
