Yeah, seems that's a possibility. They are updating the system for DP.

I am going to go through the approvals page and see which ones are from Cali. If they show they got license in Sept and October, I will message them to see if they got the letter.

I really hope there is some light soon. I thought it was dead but now they are saying that they want to bring it back to life.

That sounds like a good idea because they are the first people to get DLs.

They are bringing back to life but its impossible with the republicans. On top of that, democrats wouldn't agree with them when they had the government shut. Republicans will further push immigration in retaliation.

I know there is much more people than two. It can't be a coincidence that only two people got it.
