I believed you should have evidence for each year since 2007 to proof your continuous residence until 06/15/2012.
In my case, I have proof for every year since I was brought here.

Or anything you have that is a couple of days prior and after that date.

But i have this letter addressed to me that came in on June 19th 2012, but you can barely see it
