I was reading some part on the USCIS site saying Vermont processes cases in the order in which they are received, anyways i read the Texas,Nebraska, and California one and they don't that any of that. Just saying this might have been said before but i missed it.

I don't understand how my app. received date August 23rd, would translate to "908" for "yyy." Another thing is that you would expect the maximum number of days to be 365 even in a fiscal year, yet mine is 908.
also "z" is supposed to either 5 or 0, i have a "7"
i'm not sure if the coding is correct. i wanted to compare since you posted the info anyways. just a thought.
