LOL, you can't guarantee that because ASC appointments are for all types of immigrants. Since it's Elizabeth and that's the only one in the north in NJ (+ we have a strong immigrant population in N. Jersey) then you're probably in a mix.

Otherwise, if it was only Dreamers, I highly doubt that I'd be on 9/26 while others are much earlier than me.

hey guys so i got my I-797 letter of receipt but still didnt get the biometrics, when you get the i-797 do you get the biometrics appointment letter at that same time or do they give it later?

They'll send it later. Some got it the same day, but that's because of the post office back log. If you got your I797 on 8/31, then you should expect your letter tomorrow or Wednesday.

Check out my tineline guys. I recieved my i-797c's today. I was hoping for the biometrics letter too. I wonder if they are getting work load. I hope I get my biom. Letter on monday or tuesday. What's that latest appointment on this thread? Im in harrison NJ right next to newark.
