OMG thank god i'm not the only one
i'm just finishing mine up. my mom keeps asking me why i haven't completed it and that i'm gonna lag and miss out on the opportunity. i'm just super paranoid, anal-retentive that i'll mess something up or miss something. i also feel like i should give all the evidence that i can in case they say it's not enough...

I'm definitely in this group. Sent my stuff early september so I'm just waiting to do my bio appt. I might do a walk in if they let me next week.

Thanks for that, Its bs though, all i wanna do is go visit my Grandmother and idk how i'll get around this weird memo.

Yea it is :/ well maybe you could find a great excuse but I've read online from others that have gone through similar process that it's complicated.

Lawyer said he sent mine on 9/21/12......now we play the waiting game.

If I were you, I would ask the lawyer for the tracking number?
I never asked my lawyer and it turned out they didn't send it the day they said they were going to send it. I also heard the same thing from other people who used lawyers.

When was he supposed to send it? Or when did he say he did? ( I see on your sig that it was delivered on the 17th)

Sent my package yesterday, unfortunately sent it to the wrong place, good thing is am not in a rush anyway. So my guess is it will be routed to processing centre and should be getting a notice probably by the end of next week or the week after.

They told me they were going to send it on 9-10-12. I still don't know when they sent it. I asked them this Monday what was going on bcuz I didn't receive any receipts in the mail and I asked them when they really sent it and for the tracking, but they still did not answer me. They just let me know that they received my receipts actually on the day that I contacted them. I still haven't received anything in the mail myself though.
I think they delayed it for a week which isn't that long compared to some other stories I heard on here, but I was still upset about it.
I AM in a rush!

^^^^ I havent received any confirmation for a week either, dealing with a Lawyer, so i know exactly what youre talking about. Calling there or paying them a visit tomorrow and raising hell. It took them a month to send already, im not playing anymore.
