Don't wait the 10 days you never know and your EAD might be on the DHS system. Make sure to bring your passport/consulate card along with your EAD. They asked me how many years I been in the USA, if I was working and if I had received public benefits (welfare, medical, etc..) On the other the hand they didn't ask my brother anything aside from how long he's been in the USA.

I waited the ten days to make sure that my info was in the system. I did that last Friday, and the lady said that the card should arrive in 7 days. I don't think it will arrive in 7 days, but I can hope

What state are you from? And yes there is a lot of uselesss material but try your best to remember the important points from all the main sections of the manual. I got this question: If your over 21 what is the legal intoxication blood alcohol concentration. It is 0.08%. Yeah be on the look out for specific questions like this but the rest are common sense questions that is after you are familiar with the manual. Good luck!

I was told it should arrive in 2 weeks but I got it in 5 days later. It will be fast. lol

Yes! My sssn arrived in the mail today!!!

i have a question....
so im not approved for daca yet! i just did my biometrics... but the question is this
after i get approved and get the Work Permit... i also receive the Social Secutiry Card with it....or i have to go to the social security office with my Work Permit to get one?? please i want to be prepared in case i need to do so... thanks

You need to go to SSA to get your SSN.
