I wonder if some here understand the same.The Arellano lady had absolutely NO legal recourse,not even legalization could save her since she has 2 Federal felonies on her record judging by ICE's press release.This has absolutely nothing to do with if she was a good mother or not.

Amen. The best comment so far. Lets get our papers first, then some of us can go and have good productive lives which is going to make every immigrant look good. Others can work and also fight for their parents and love ones. At this moment, we can't do neither.
