You know what just occurred to me you can do.. this might sound like a crazy idea to try but.. you could send an "unsolicited" RFE - and you could title it "Unsolited RFE", along with a written letter. Included that is you have more evidence that would make your case even more compelling, ( I was sending school records, and stuff, I though that would cover all, but my lawyer told me to put more and more, overwhelming evidence you can say), so in your letter you politely explain how you been waiting for over a year, and send a lot of more evidence, or whatever you can think of, if this doesn't do good, at least it might compell someone to look at your case, that is just my 2 cents.

How do I do that? Where would I mail it too?

Where are the normal RFE's mailed to?, take someone's as sample make it pretty, and send it, as if it a real RFE, but I mean, this might not have been tried before.. so it's original idea.

Hmmm I would have to ask someone who's being processed in Nebraska service center who got RFE for the mailing address they mail there RFE to.
