This fucking Paxton asswipe again. His lawsuit started this mess last year and here he is trying to fuck everyone over again.

House reps should just go ahead with the discharge petition for USAAct or DreamAct; let Senators who apparently announced they will push again for a Senate deal work it out by July.

In normal circusstances, it's not unusal for a judge to see similar cases (ie: Hanen saw the DAPA case so it makes sense for him to see related cases). But I agree this judge should have thought about the implications of giving it back to Hanen. . We can't keep livign court case to court case. This just proves again that Congress is inept at its job.
