Has anyone approved and received their EAD for March 2019 expiration?

I'm a little concerned about the TX lawsuit so let's say Supreme takes the case, does it stop the renewal then??

Nothing will happen for sure until the Supreme Court makes a decision. 2 other judges have ruled on our side versus 1 potential judge that might rule against us. That alone won’t give us a permanent or even a temporary decision until the Supreme Court has its final say in the matter, that’s IF they decide to take the case.

If there are conflicting rulings, the Supreme Court will have to take the case unless some law is pass and there is no longer a need.

The issue isn’t with the Supreme Court taking up the case or even making a decision. It’s whether or not they grant a stay on the existing DACA injunctions that the DOJ is asking for. DACA is only “alive” because of the injunctions and without them I don’t see how they’ll keep processing renewals

Same here. Taking into account the Texas hearing was moved to 8/8, I will submit my renewal by the end of July.
