The parliamentarian has no power, it's just an illusory position to kill provisions and not catch blame (see 15/hr). It's an administrative post that can be fired and overruled (see tax cuts 2017).

If the parliamentarian says no on immigration (or anything on this bill really), and the dems. do nothing to overrule, they're just baiting voters and wanted that provision dead on purpose.

if theres anything going to pass for immigrants will be deal on dreamers. rest is just drama.
this is the only and final chance for dreamers. if anything other than dreamers might be for farmers and temporary protected only.
for rest of the immigrants I hope and for God sake will happen something good but it won't until or unless they go on strike.
so lets play nice and talk nice also pray or worship whatever or whoever you believe and stop the criticism and respect each others point of view.
