just be careful to point that truth out to anybody democrat affiliated they will hate you for it.

no way to support anything from the demonrats, their immigration policies are incredibly unrealistic.

lets just pray hard af that DACA somehow survives the courts and that Trump runs for president and comes back, if he doesnt and DeSantis takes over we are officially screwed up.

no way in hell Biden is gonna win a second term after the state of the economy under him
UWD is flush with cash right now. Legalization of dreamers is the last thing they want, believe me. It is not good for their business. If dreamers are legalized, their cash flow will reduce drastically. It is in their very business model to continue status quo.

The reason why UWD wants "legalization for all" is because they know that is not going to happen and at the same time they will show people that it is "fighting." Good business strategy.

I was wondering why this Texas v. United States case would affect us existing applicants. Wasn't this appeal filed by the Biden administration as a result of Hanen's ruling last year to halt initial applications?

Yes, the legality of the program was argued today but whether USCIS can continue accepting initial applications or not should be the issue here. If a negative ruling by the 5th circuit could jeopardize the entire DACA program, why did the Biden administration risk everything just to gain back the authority to accept new applications?

A better strategy would be to issue a brand new EO with more thorough legal and administrative procedures.

I believe the Texas court stayed the ruling for renewals "while the case is being appealed". Technically, the judge could reverse the stay any time.
