Another week goes by and nothing for me!

DACA approved Oct. 15th *received Oct 17th*
EAD still in "Initial Review" No RFE, what's going on???

No criminal record, all documents in place. Is there a key question my attourney might have missed?

I think this is by first name. My other sister just got her card and she did her bio on october 15. Both of my sisters did their bio two weeks after me but their first name is before mine.

I just got accepted today!

Anyway, does anybody know if Angelz is okay? That hurricane sandy message on the first page makes me fear that she might be hurt. Hopefully she's okay and just doesn't have access to the internet or a computer.

If anybody has contact with her, post an update so we know.

she posted her last update after the hurricane. she has no power but everything else is fine. I'm in NYC as well and power situation does not look like it will be fixed any time soon - maybe another week or two.

My brother in law received his I-821D approval yesterday, he didn't sign up for updates. He mailed his application on Sept 21, biometrics appointment on October 19, so he got approved in less than 2 weeks after his biometrics. He sent a lot of banks statements and taxes paper work. Oh! from California Center.

It took Nebraska sc 1 month and a half to get mid and end of September applicants...hopefully this means that all of September applicants thru mid October applicants get approve by the end of this month
