[quote]1 month, 5 days.... This is going to be another sad sad weekend. I need a margarita.
same here. Probably I'll upgrade to vodka so I can stop thinking about DACA over the weekend.

If ur tryin to apply for daca the only big issue I see is that u don't qualify due to the fact that you came to the USA when u were already 16..for u to qualify uscis said that u had to b here b4 ur 16 bday : /..if I were you ill go ask a lawyer.

I'm not sure if you're being serious or just trolling/spamming this website. However, I'll answer your question. From my understanding, one of the requirements to qualify for DACA is that you arrived in the U.S. before the age of 16. You however stated that you arrived in the U.S. at the age of 16, based on that, I do not believe that you qualify for DACA, unless I'm not reading what you wrote correctly....

No, not as fast. I feel like I'v e beenwaiting forever. I see approvals of more recent applicants and I'm just like awe another day in the back. I know my turn will come but its frustrating when its another day and nothing.

Ok I just got off the phone with USCIS and asked how does the approvals work. She said that my sisters probably got approved faster because they didn't have police records and they didn't send too much information. She said the cases varies if you have police records, sending too much or not enough strong evidence and if biometrics went ok.

Ok, I see, since you were in the U.S. before the age of 16, you definitely meet that requirement. Please speak with a qualified immigration lawyer, they'll be able to provide sound advice on your case. Can you provide us with more information on why you were deported at the age of 17 and 18?
