WHAT?! Did not know that...I'm not a fan either lol. At least someone other than Chino y Nacho made it big in the US recently. If I hear "Mi Nina Bonita" one more time I'm going to Caracas and unleashing my midget rage...

Because they simply don't care, I know that the bio office that I went to didn't allow walk ins unless you had a really good reason, but most people were turned away. If it was up to me, if someone wanted to do a walk in or get earlier appointment, they should have had to call somewhere or whatever, not just a flip of the coin.

I don't really think walkins are the problem, I think it is the processing of the applications. My bios were scheduled for 9/28 which I went to, and tons of people who had bios after me have been approved, regardless if they did walkins or not. I understand that the time variance has to do with the different agents or whoever are getting the applications, but how is it fair that there is such big differences? It is getting to the point where USCIS should be giving a reasonable explanation as to why some applications are being processed so much quicker than others, rather than that we are all still within the 4-6 months expected time frame for this process.

I was thinking maybe some officers have different speed of going through our applications. some will go through it quick, and some might not. so.. if your application end up in hands of a slow officer the whole stack will take more time than the others who move faster.

Hey guys,

I just got approved today. Vermont received my app on the 6th, my bios was scheduled for oct 15th, but i walked in on the 21st of September.

My app was AT LEAST 120 pages (i sent in all my bank statements every month from 2008 to 2012) and then a ton of other documents. Transcripts, visa info, birth certificate, diplomas.

I guess that was why my app took so long. don't lose hope guys.
