So I claimed to be a citizen in my job application and my lawyer says the pay stubs could serve as proof that I was here and that they would excuse false social security numbers, but I'm afraid they would investigate my job application or something...what do you guys think? :/

1. Application #821-D
2. Pg 3
3. Q #2
4. What is your question? I have lived in Canada since my initial entry into the states, should I include my Canadian residence as well on the form?

I also have a question regarding what is "brief and innocent" departure. I have visited relatives in China for 3 weeks. Is that "brief"? Thanks so much!

Thanks so much for the reply, I really appreciate it @mangalan! You're the best!

Are we allowed to translate our own birth certificates? And what if I don't send my birth certificate and just send my passport with a valid id?

Hi, I have several questions,

a.)should I send a copy of my parents' tax returns since they claimed me, using my ITIN for the past several years?
b.) for the worksheet, I receive no income, I have a checking acct with my dad with $1,xxx, but no savings account. Should I send a copy of my bank statements? My only expenses are for transport, cell phone bill and medical. Is my checking acct considered an asset?
c.)What I did with my packet is I just combined all of my supporting evidence of graduating high school, proof of living here continuously for the past 5 years, I entered the country before I was 16, etc. in one paper clip with the 821-D. Is this fine or should I separate my evidences? Also, I paper clipped my photos with the I-765.

It would dependent on USCIS or ICE.

Why do you think an application for US immigration status would want a foreign address. If you read the top it says addresses after initial entry in to the US!

When you visited them was it from the US or Canada you are speaking of?

A)Doesn't have anything to do with you,so nope!

B)That would be fine as long as it has your name on it.

C.)Yeah, however try to list specifically what they are in a manner that could easily be identifiable by any person. It lessens the time on your case for someone to look through. The photos to the I-765 is fine.

on the Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals Process page it says http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/usc...00082ca60aRCRD

Will DHS consider my expunged or juvenile conviction as an offense making me unable to receive an exercise of prosecutorial discretion?
Expunged convictions and juvenile convictions will not automatically disqualify you. Your request will be assessed on a case-by-case basis to determine whether, under the particular circumstances, a favorable exercise of prosecutorial discretion is warranted. If you were a juvenile, but tried and convicted as an adult, you will be treated as an adult for purposes of the deferred action for childhood arrivals process.
do i need to add those records?
It doesn't matter the case all prior records will show up in the background check. What should be done is how have you changed or "reformed" during the timeline of the incidents and have the necessary evidence for each strike on your record.

That's your student ID number. It's a replacement for your SS number for your college.
