I'm from New York as well... I sent my app 10/2 and my bio appt wasnt until 11/28... I did not receive A letter I had to get it faxed to me two days before my appointment... For some reason my address got screwed up in the system. My EAC number dont work online nor does it work on the first level of customer service... I was told on the second level of customer service it's an administration failure and reassured nothing is wrong with my application lol...
