asking because some applicants from NY are getting their Bio letters like a month and a half after application sent because of the whole sandy thing.

Nope... he's from NV.

Hmmm weird, if he had been from NY it would have made some sense but NV no clue why and DACA applications have been declining when initially everyone thought that everyone and their mothers was going to send them after Obama got reelected, so the numbers aren't what USCIS thought it would be.

I got my Bio letter 8 or 9 days after they received my application but then again i applied in late August.

I don't like talking on the phone, I'm a strong believer on waiting, but I'll ask them to see if they can call.

I understand your position but is always good to know what's going on. I never heard of anyone waiting this long for their biometrics appointment. There's a 1 out of 3 chances that you'll get someone who is willing to listen and help you so I think its worth a shot.
