lawyer won't do shit to expediete your process. you just have to keep waiting it out till the 4th month mark then harass the hell out of uscis. lawyers got power over nothing unless you are a citizen or rich.

I will be contacting President Obama personally if I'm not approved within two weeks. You see us Kenyans have special privileges. If Obama's aunty is eligible, we should be as well.

One month and a day.. Waiting sucks

Good morning all, I was wondering did anyone else check out a website www.immigrationimpact.com. they are saying that the approvals are going to slow way down regardless of the outcome of todays election..saying process will pick back up after Jan.20th ...I just googled daca approvals and they were the 1st to show up...I'm on my phone so I would've copied and paste to share....with approx.180,000 apps and only 4,691 approvals this is looking like they have only approved young adults in school or recent graduates ...no old heads with just a high school diploma..So glad for our young dreamers keeping the fight alive..Philly dreamer luvs u guys...

I have a question. I'm not rushing or anything. But I'm curious how long around is the waiting time for California Service Center. I'm almost ay 60 days since I sent my application though I just did my bios 2eks ago so I'm thinking that I have to wait about another 40 days give or take to reach the 90 days as I've read on here is the waiiting time for EAD. Is this correct or do I have to wait 90 days after bios? Thanks.

There's really no answer, you can be approved tomorrow or approved a month from now, really random, and that's all SC's.

Not really. My sisters did their bios on October 15 and they got approved in less then two weeks. I did my bio on September 28 and I'm still waiting. We all have cali.

Look at the date the system says your app was received when you search your receipt number. It has to be 90 days from that date.
