Called but this time to check on my I765 and it says that I went into production on 10/11 . Jesus, I dont know what to believe at this point.

Does anyone know if I am able to get a new social security card with just the approval notice ?

What did you see that made you think you're approved? The automated status update when you call?

HR only gave me two weeks to sort shit out and yesterday they called me to let me know they had to cut me loose.

In other news my infopass appointment in San Francisco is tomorrow.
What are good questions to ask them?

Was that a T1 or T2 you spoke with?

When you check ELIS is there a notification for either DACA or EAD stating that it's approved so that you can print out the notification?

I'm guessing it's a normal thing for ELIS one day to say I'm approved (I already printed the DACA approval notice) and another day to say it's being processed or am I wrong?

As soon as my application hit 105 days, I submitted an online inquiry for case outside processing time and the reply just said to wait. I also submitted an Ombudsman request and the Congressional inquiry at the same time. I also sent USCIS a message thru the ELIS system. Out of all of them I thought the Congressional inquiry was the most helpful. I hope this helps! Any other questions let me know.

Hey guys. Just checked this morning and i'm approved! yayy Must've been late last night as case tracker began production of EAD 10/12. Here is my timeline:

Received: 5/11
Biometrics: 5/31
Expired: 9/23
Approved: 10/12

I waited 154 days for approval. Now to wait for EAD. Thanks every for your support and recommendations. Definitely knowing i wasn't the only one with this problem helped being optimistic. THANKS
