This is a very helpful page on Assembling Applications for mailing:http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.5af9bb95919f35e66f614176543f6d1a/?vgnextchannel=fe529c7755cb9010VgnVCM10000045f3d6a1RCRD&vgnextoid=ff053d146a7ee010VgnVCM1000000ecd190aRCRD

This is from the USCIS page

Please submit certified translations for all foreign language documents. The translator must certify that s/he is competent to translate and that the translation is accurate.

The certification format should include the certifier's name, signature, address, and date of certification. A suggested format is:

Certification by Translator

I [typed name], certify that I am fluent (conversant) in the English and ________ languages, and that the above/attached document is an accurate translation of the document attached entitled ______________________________.

Signature_________________________________
Date Typed Name
Address

As long as they are fluent in both languages and sign this form im pretty sure anyone can translate it Hope this helped in any way God Bless!!!!
Very helpful! I wasn't sure if I could do it myself. Thank You! Good Luck

Do you have any letters with your name on it and your address? Any health insurance letters with your name on them? Also, look at your tax returns that your parents did.. you're probably a dependent if you're 25 or younger. Think of any possible documents that have your name on them.

I'm pretty sure a matricula consular would work as long as you have a valid one for your biometrics. Just make a copy of the front and back and include it with your packet

Question:
Social Security Number (include all numbers you have ever used) (If any)

My question:
I'm not totally sure what to put here, I've never filled out anything that requires an SSN but what if my parents did before with my ITIN?
AN ITIN is no a SS number... so if you don't have one don't have one leave it blank.

It wouldn't hurt to provide those. The more the better You want to make sure there is no doubt in their mind that you are being honest with them.

Hey guys. I have a couple of questions and hopefully y'all can answer them for me as clearly as possible:

1. Are you stapling any documents in your packet? For example, should I staple copies of my transcript since they are in 2 pages?

2. Should I include everything in a folder or just mail it in the envelope as is?

3. Can I send a check to them that is not in my name? The thing is my parents will probably pay for the cost of the application so it's going to be one of their checks not mine. Is that going to be an issue?

4. I also have a gap in my timeline between 2004-2008. I worked during those years and tried to lay low. I didn't get into any trouble whatsoever. I just don't have much evidence during those years besides some old receipts. Even though that period of time does not entirely concern the 5 years requirement from June 15th, 2012 it does present a gap in my timeline. Is that going to be an issue?

Thanks in advance!

I would speak to a lawyer, but if you really think about it, technically you were arrested but was not convicted. I would try to get a disposition paper as a proof from the court. Unless the case was expunged, I believe they will have record of your arrest.
Again, please check with a lawyer because you don't want to make a mistake on this as you can only apply once.
