The email I got today was an update from the USCIS case tracker that now shows my card is in production as of 10/10/2016. As before, there is really no rhyme or reason with USCIS. Just like the DACA approvals were random it appears these delays are random and being fixed sporadically. My guess is the same officer was working on mine and ayran's case hence we both received the same messages with our card production this morning.

5) I haven't tried calling a Tier rep, as the stories I hear from many people here makes it seem pointless...but maybe they may provide better help

My card finished production on October 6 and today it was picked up by the USPS. It should arrive Friday.

Got an email from USCIS this morning about some change to my case. Went on ELIS but saw that nothing changed. Case tracker now shows card is in production. No cause for celebration--I won't believe NSC/USCIS is doing shit until the card is in my hands...probably January 2017 when Hillary is inaugurated.
