Finally good to see more approvals coming in, and congrats to those who got approved this week. To the ones still waiting, keep your head up and don't give up. This goes to show how truly broken our immigration system is and how a true comprehensive reform is needed. DACA has been a great and wonderful opportunity for a lot of us, but remember it is only temporary we need to keep pushing for immigration reform that benefits everyone and keeps families together. Hope to see more approvals for today.

We both sent out our apps in June and looks like you were approved before expiration date. I check a few apps before mine and after and they are approved. Literally like 1 or 2 before and after. I still technically have a month but my job hangs on the line . I hope I get this approval soon. Hoping life goes back to normal soon.

Same here. I am hoping to be approved by next week to have my EAD in hand.

Hate to be the bearer of bad news but EAD production seem to be experiencing some delays as well..

April 15 as of July 31. It's been 2.5 months since then. They just haven't updated it.

edit: they confirmed that I have an expedite request pending and that I should hear back from them by Oct 16 at which point I'll be able to forward them the letter from my employer.

I never looked at ELIS because I didn't have an access code, but it seems to cause more confusion than anything. I would stick to USCIS case tracker to make life less stressful for you.

Yup, its takes at least 3 weeks from DACA approval to get EAD mailed to you--longer for some.

I really could not care how long the EAD takes to arrive as long as I can work with the approval notice. My boss was nice enough to wait for me until I get my EAD, and he's anxious for me to get back to work ASAP.

I tried and it didn't work. They were happy to process my renewal with only my DACA notice, but when the temporary paper license printed, it still reflected my old expiration date. Then another employee said that's probably because my EAD isn't cleared in the system yet. So they faxed over my case to USCIS and they said it would take a week for them to hear back. So maybe next week, who knows...
