I did this too and they told me they would send me a letter with a fax number that you can use to send documents explaining why they should expedite your case. You'll likely get a letter in the mail that states that they are not expediting cases, though. In other words, no fax number to submit a letter from your employer.

Card not in production yet, but hoping this is the light at the end of the tunnel. Can't update, so if someone can do me a favor that would be nice.

Saw this on Elis, no text or email. Case tracker has not been updated.

Case tracker now shows card is being produced as of October 13 (yesterday). interesting, since i checked yesterday and no such notice was available until today.

update: found one

so got an email from ELIS no reply address. EAD status has changed and shows my card is "in production".

One hurdle over, now the second hurdle to overcome.

Interestingly enough:
Old ELIS: no updates show on main screen, detail shows 821D approved
New ELIS: shows 821D approved, but no change on EAD, no update letters
Case Tracker: only EAD shows in production
Case Tracker log in: no text or emails from there, but EAD shows in production as well.

Not sure if this will be enough for my employer, but I'm going to email her all these (she said she would only need the approval notice to get me back to working regularly).

Just need to vent: I called USCIS for a Tier 2 this AM told that the wait time was 85 minutes so I placed my phone # in a queue for a callback. Three hours later I get a return call and after a clear sounding intro I can barely hear the rep after due to such a horrible connection. I do however manage to hear her say: ..."and thank you for calling....CIS....Have...Day". I called back: went through the T1 and have now requested another callback. Estimated wait time: 256 minutes. Kafka would be proud.

Congrats!! June applicants getting approved now, just a little bit more for early July I hope.

Hello everyone! This is my first week out of work and I am going completely crazy. I've tried almost everything. The only thing that I have left is to do the infopass, but considering everyone's stories here it's a waste of time. I've been distracting myself with video games and tv shows and going out, but I can't help but feel so stressed when I have time to think. I guess it was a wake up call that we were getting too comfortable.

The cases in front of me and behind me got approved. I don't know what I did wrong. *sigh* This is so frustrating. And, I know I'm going to be out a month even if does get approve right now. HR won't accept anything that is not a work permit.

This is my time line
Application received: 06/07/2016
Biometrics: 09/15/2016
Approval: TBD
Expires: 10/07/2016

Hope it works out with your employer and congrats! Good to see some June applications being approved. Hope this keeps up for July applications too.
