I have the same expiration date as you. I feel like it has been long overdue that we get our work permits. Every time I have called USCIS to speak with a Tier 2 person I am always given the same nonsense response that they give the rest of you, "keep checking case tracker, do a service request, takes up to two weeks to get a response." My response to that is I've been out of a job for almost a month now. I have no time to wait! It is ridiculous we all have to pay for a service and get crappy service in the end. We are paying for 2 year permits not 1 year and 10 months or less!

My employer will also not accept the letter of approval! Which infuriates me. They require the EAD!

Case Received: 6/7/2016
Bios 9/13/2016 (Only received my appt date because I had to call and investigate why it had taken so long to get in the first place.
Expired: 9/25/2016
DACA Approved: 10/2/2016
EAD Being Produced: 9/29/2016

I THINK I just got approved?! My I-821 still says "Case was recieved and Receipt notice was mailed" but my I-765 says I got approved and card is being produced. Anyone have this happen to them?

Oh good! I was worried it was some error. Both times I've renewed before, the I-821d got approved and a few days later the I-765...not the other way around.
But oh well! Congrats to everyone on all the approvals!

I just got an email that my EAD card is in production. Thought I'd share my timeline as well.

Notice Date: 8/9/2016
Biometrics Scheduled: 9/21/2016, walked-in on 9/13/2016
I-765 approval/card production: 10/13/2016
I-821 approval: pending
Expiration: 9/10/2016

For those of you whose application required "additional review" how many days did it take for you to get approved?

Nothing yet, but I did ask the same question in a FB page and they did confirm some of those who got approved the 28th got an email today stating their cards were produced.

Not yet. I was approved the 30th and it's still showing as producing. I did some logic probability and I think after tomorrow we should see it as produced or Monday due to the holiday this week. But it is USCIS and they have no logic so hopefully soon. I think we got approved the same day so I'll post as soon as mine changes to give you a heads up.

Yes, Case Status shows "Biometrics scheduled on Oct 3rd". Nothing on ELIS though, ELSI still shows last update 6/7//16

I expire Monday...Sucks!
HR didn't say anything yet, so I will just keep working until they say something.
