I've been waiting 18 days now and still have received nothing. I got my acceptance letter but still no card I'm getting super annoyed!

Just got an email from ELIS and I was able to print out my DACA approval.

Now I wait for my card... I wonder if I'll hear about it today. At least something is happening and things are moving along.

Finally got a new status update!!! My EAD has been mailed!!! THANK GOD!

Received App: 6/7/16
Bios: 9/13/16
Approval: 10/2/16
Production: 9/29/16
Produced and mailed: 10/16/16

yours says mailed on case tracker or elis?

I'm gonna give it another shot on Wednesday. I'll hit 105 then according to their system and they can't tell me no at that point. I've been very hesitant about calling them because of their ineffectiveness/potential rudeness but I don't have a lot of time left before my leave of absence ends so I'm filing inquiries everydamnwhere I can.

What happened with your new job? Are they still letting you work while you receive your card?

Guys, my congresswoman sent me some information that might be beneficial for some of you. I had my DACA and EAD approved last Thursday, and now in the long wait for the card to come in. I told my congresswoman rep that I can't go to work till I have that new EAD card in hand. They reached out to the USCIS field director regarding this, and this was their response:

"According to eVerify your constituent may present the I-797, Approval Notice for the I-765 to the employer after they have been hired and accepted a position with a company

The document is valid proof of authorization to work for 90 days while the card is in production. After the card is received, the employer may complete Section 2 of the I-9 and run the card in the eVerify system at that time. "

This is great news because I can not afford to wait another 20-30 days for my card to be mailed. Only problem is I don't have a I-797 notice of approval for my I-765 yet. All I have is the DACA approval letter on my ELIS account. Did any of you receive the I797 notice letter for your EAD? If so, how long after approval did you receive it? Customer service rep said wait 30 days for the approval letter which doesn't help.

i never received an approval letter for my i-765 and it was approved on 08/26/16.

I can finally download my notice for I82D, the I765 is still "in process". Anyone know how long before you were able to see the approval notice for i765? I do see on case tracker it says the card is being produced, but in Elis it's still in process.
