Anyone from August still not approved? NSC - Page 79

I did the same thing and they basically told me the wait another 6 months before contacting them again if I don't hear anything. They said my case was under "extended review."

I don't know if you already mentioned this or not. Do you have any prior cases or something? that would require them to have a "extended review"

I'm waiting to get an RFE as after reding stuff on this forum and getting my app in early I know I have gaps which I did not account for. My passport was my main evidence as the stamps in it proved I had been here for over 7 years continuous but it would appear USCIS think we are zig zagging across the boarder with out inspection. I'm from England so unless they think I have swam the Atlantic Ocean then my passport should be proof surely. So come on Vermont send it to me. Preparing for 8 month total wait.

You also have to account for the idiots that are working there....they might not know too much.

Yeah it's like a few pages back or something lol. I had a prior case, same as my brothers and his was approved in less than 2 months

I think I may have posted about it in the 5-6 months waiting feed

I did biometrics on September 24th. I don't expect anything till next January, maybe?

Damn, haven't check back in awhile but hope you guys get approved soon.

So this thread is on the third page now so guess nearly all August people are approved.
