Congrats! Hmm makes me think whether I should submit an e-request also.

Dont believe it till it arrives. On the call with USCIS rep, they said it was still processing so I dont really know it its approved or not.

For those that have filed a e-request. Did you guys received an email confirmation? Also how long does it take for them to respond? I filed two weeks ago and haven't gotten a response, no confirmation, nothing.

I spoke to HR at my work today and they said that they cannot do an LOA and will have to terminate and re-hire. It'll suck if it comes to that but I will keep my fingers crossed. My 105th day is tomorrow.

They never responded to me.

This SUCKS! I have been waiting for my 105th day but since they changed their processing times to February on their website, it says "Your application or petition is currently within the posted processing times. An inquiry may not be created at this time.". Like WTH a lot of us have an expiration of 8/17 so that just leaves us with 20 more days of work. I have no clue what to do!

Has anybody here contacted the service centers directly? Tier II told me yesterday there's nothing she could do and I should just wait or contact them in 30 days. After I insisted on the urgency on the situation she said submit an e-request to the service center directly.

I haven't heard of a different inquiry other than the one on the USCIS website. At this point I am hoping I come out with something positive from the InfoPass appointment. Praying all day every day!

Yes, they indicate that you have created an inquiry and have so many days to respond blah blah.

Service Centers give automatic response emails.
