Request of evidence, after biometrics :( - Page 8
I have proof of 2012
aystub from 6/25, 6/25, bank statement from 6/14-6/18
2011: Paystub from 11/28 5/11 School pic from graduating DA program, letter of recommendation, DA Certificates
2010: Student exchange letter from people to people program(which I couldn't go), copy of high school diploma, laboratory report from clinic, W-2
2008: Clinic laboratory report
2007:Tax return of 2007
2004-Student Proficiency Level report,
2003-2004: Progress report from grade 6, ITIN letter
2001-2002:Repor Card from elementary school,
Copy of Birth Certificate from 1992, Translation of birth certificate done by me, Copy of passport. cover letter dated august 20th, all forms signed and completed, immunization record, high school transcripts from 2006-2010. School ID's from 2008-2009, 2010, 2011
Now it seems like not that much :/ ?? I was hoping with the school records and transcripts it would cover 2006-2010.

This really sucks. I thought after biometrics all we had to do was wait until we're approved. 
It's most likely going to be the SS#. If SSA did not assign that number to you and you included it as SSA having given it to you then they probably checked the system and either another name came up or it said non existant number.
If you have an attorney I'd call them right away. If you filed by yourself I'd wait for the package and follow the instructions to the dot. I wonder if they'll let you scratch it out and initial it (like when you make a mistake writing a check) or if you're allowed to submit a new form.

Let this be a reminder to everyone. DACA is a new process and not attorneys nor workshop places have experience on this. It doesnt necesarily mean theyre guiding you the wrong way intentionally. It just means that this is a new process for everyone. At the end this is your application. If they tell you to do something that you think is wrong research it more. Post it here, get a second opinion, and read the instructions yourselves.
